💳 Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital & Customized Service

Photo-designing services are customized digital services. Once an order has entered processing, work may involve manual and/or automated processing, image generation, editing, storage and delivery.

2. When Cancellation May Be Possible

A cancellation/refund request should be raised as early as possible and before substantial processing has started. Whether cancellation is possible depends on the order status and work already performed.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• The requested digital service has already been substantially processed or delivered.
• The user supplied an unsuitable/incorrect photograph and the service was processed using that photograph.
• The user changes their mind after customized work has been substantially completed.
• The issue results from information, files or instructions supplied incorrectly by the customer.
• The customer has already downloaded or received the completed digital design, subject to applicable consumer rights.

4. Refunds We May Approve

• Duplicate payment for the same order.
• Payment received but the order could not be processed due to a material service-side failure.
• Other cases where a refund is appropriate under applicable law or is approved by us after reviewing the order.

5. Defective / Incorrect Output

If the delivered design has a material technical defect attributable to our processing, contact us with the Order ID and relevant details within a reasonable time. We may first offer correction, re-processing or replacement. If the service cannot reasonably be corrected or replaced, a refund may be considered.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment method or another lawful method selected by us/payment provider. Bank/payment-gateway processing time may vary. Gateway or transaction charges may be treated according to the gateway terms and applicable law.

7. How to Request a Refund

Contact us with your Order ID, registered mobile/email, payment reference and a brief description of the issue. Do not send OTPs, UPI PINs, card PINs or passwords in a refund request.

Because the Website processes user photographs, the following rules are especially important:

• Upload only photos you are authorized to use.
• Do not upload another person's photo for a misleading, defamatory or harmful purpose.
• Do not use the service to create unlawful impersonation, fraud or deceptive identity material.
